Tea with Eleanor Roosevelt and Me is a timely portrayal of Eleanor Roosevelt as she navigates the twists and turns of an early life on her road toward becoming Mother of the World. Written and performed by award winning performing artist, Janet Rodgers, this inspirational and heartwarming performance takes the audience on a journey as Eleanor faces her fears and her critics with determination, courage – and even a bit of humor.

GUT. This riveting true story of Irena Gut, a young Catholic Polish girl who risked everything to save countless Jewish lives during WW2. At the end of the war when Poland was taken over by the Soviets, these Jewish men and women, saved her. It is a story of love, compassion, courage and human respect.
Moving between narration (prose) and poetic form GUT was adapted from Irena Gut Opdyke’s autobiography, In My Hands. Since 2019, Ms. Rodgers has performed the piece in libraries, churches, synagogues and theatres on both the east and west coasts and most recently in Mexico.
